Personal Mail

Terms of use

Effective November 2, 2026

Personal Mail is a private, owner-operated desktop application. These pages provide information about that personal-use tool; they do not offer public accounts or mailbox access.

Authorized accounts

The application is intended only for mailboxes that the operator is authorized to manage. Each mailbox must be connected through Google's consent process. Visiting this website does not connect an account or grant the application any access.

Owner-directed operation

The account holder controls the email decisions and any reusable rules. An authorization scope describes what Google permits the app to do; it is not an instruction to send mail, archive messages, report spam, unsubscribe, delete mail or run unattended processing. The operator must follow the owner's instructions when using those capabilities.

Google and assistant services

Google services and any assistant services used in the workflow remain subject to their own terms, permissions and account settings. Their availability and authorization requirements may change. Read the privacy policy for how local storage and authorized assistant processing relate to email content.

Stopping access

The account holder may stop using the application and revoke its authorization through Google Account connections. Removing a local token does not by itself revoke a grant held by Google.

Contact

Use the support contact displayed on the Personal Mail Google consent screen for questions about the application.
